She was quick to set an appointment with me and answered ALL my questions I had regarding my jewelry. I learned a good bit about determining real gems from look a likes too. She made the process extremely easy and was able to deliver my appraisal fast and efficient. Melanie exceeded my expectations when I received the paperwork. I now have a fully detailed color printed appraisal that I can rely on if anything would happen to my jewelry. So happy I was able to work with such a friendly and experienced individual. Her passion for her work speaks for itself and her appraisal was very detailed and concise, leaving me with no further questions about my jewelry. I have since gone to her twice now and each experience has been truly enjoyable. Her Havre de Grace office is also very easy to locate and I felt very comfortable visiting this location.
